At Canada AI & Compliance Inc., we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible services through our LMS, booking, and e-commerce platforms. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested.
We may collect the following information when you interact with our website and services:
  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, billing/shipping address, account details.
  • Payment Information: Credit/debit card details and transaction records (processed securely via trusted third-party providers).
  • Booking & Learning Data: Course enrollments, booking history, attendance records, certifications, and compliance progress.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device details, cookies, and usage data.
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling credit.
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the booking may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds are available for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
  • Refunds or exchanges are available for defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective).
  • Fees paid for compliance training, certification, or regulatory submissions are non-refundable once processing has started.
  • If a service is delayed due to our error, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
